“The tire carrier for my Can Am Maverick X3 was on backorder for 3 weeks. Suddenly it showed up at my door without any notification that it had shipped out. The quality and powder coat is excellent. You just need to improve your communication! if I had not been home when it arrived it could have been taken by someone”

“Found the item I was needing at a reasonable price. It seems to be reasonable quality. Shipping was another matter. Didn't receive my order for nearly a week after it was guaranteed. While maybe not the fault of UTV, it did put a damper on things.”
