“Order door three weeks ago. Got delivered to the wrong address. Wanted me to go pick them up. Refused wasn't my mistake. I was told they that they would be sending them back to the manufacturer. Haven't heard anything since.”

“The website was a little unclear if I was ordering the two door or the four-door but the price reflected the two door so I went ahead and ordered it. It came in. Outstanding time was in good shape when I unpacked it only issue I had is I had to cut some of the door panel and some of the style that the door panel shuts to for the window screws cause they were pinching the door from and keeping it from shutting all in all not too bad a fit. Driver side fit really well. Been fooling with the door on the passenger side have a little gap, but it seems to be quiet running down the road at 55.”

“I ordered the KFI complete kit for my 2012 Polaris Ranger 500 consisting of Polypro 66" blade, winch, push tube and mounts. I am not a motorhead, so I was a bit nervous about installation and fit. However, much to my surprise, the whole kit installed great. It took me roughly 6 hours to do the complete installation, not only was it manageable, it was actually fun. Everything fit together perfectly, I couldn't be more impressed. Shipping was fast and efficient as well. Thanks UTV Direct!”

“Customer service was outstanding purchased a fuel pump for a 900 Polaris Ranger first one that came in was bad. They immediately shipped a new one to me very happy with the way. A bad situation was handled would definitely do business with this company again.”

“While web navigation was good and delivery of product timely, the return process was a nightmare and return shipping costs are paid by the consumer unlike Amazon or other UTV aftermarket vendors ....will not use this company again”

“It had like 3 dents in it. The box wasn’t damaged so I’m guessing it was from the factory. I used a couple of hammers to straighten it out.”
