“I bought a bumper and it did not correctly fit my machine as the description said it would. I contacted customer service to initiate a return and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and I asked for install instructions. The instructions do not even match the model of my machine. I am disappointed and will not use utvdirect again.”

“I ordered an powr lift electric windshield, after I got it installed I found it had a bad switch. Called the company and talked to Bill who had me a new switch sent right out and I had it operational within days. I have since ordered other accessories with outstanding service.”
