“While I didn't have a problem with the website...I did however not approve of receiving my purchased item in a KIT form. I don't appreciate having to use my time, and as it turns out having to purchase a torque screwdriver. Also the instructions warning of all the things I could do wrong that would void the warranty! The whole thing was written like an avoidance of responsibility by the company. You may have saved some money by shipping the item in a collapsed form, but I have many better things to do than put together something I should'nt have needed to. I have begun to warn all my trail riding friends about the trap you get into buying one of these windows. I am very disappointed at the total experience.”

“Aftermarket accessories for UTV's are expensive and manufacturer branded accessories are often outrageous. UTV Direct does a good job of providing quality accessories that oftentimes interface seamlessly with different brands. They have a great inventory at reasonable prices.”

“Salesman Bill is Great…… as far as Moose Elite Grab Handles well the company needs to include Longer screws. I attached the proper bracket To a Polaris 1000 Ranger and a 1 1/2 screw is not long enough. Had to make 2 trips to Lowe’s and get 4 -2” to make it work!!!”

“Recently purchased a rear tube bumper for my 2014polaris570 ranger efi mid-sized. Very pleased with the installation process, it looks great. Sadly, there's limitations to what products are available for older buggies. Would love to have the tubed rock sliders to match the bumpers, unfortunately I can't seem to locate any. Otherwise very pleased with product and the courtesy from sales person that helped me.”

“My electric powered windshield was a little complicated to install but I’m very happy with it. My am/fm radio was an easy install but the antenna wire did not pick up local station until I ran a coax and a better antenna. I’m happy with my windshield and radio. Thanks UTV.”
