“How about a policy that when an item goes on sale within 30 days of purchase a customer can request a price adjustment. Better yet, give advanced notice of an upcoming sale. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.”

“The purchase process was good. However, I still havent received the product. It was shipped immediately on 6 December but the tracking hasent updated since. I have contacted customer service and they say I will get the product but I feel like it is lost in shipping.”

“I very rarely write reviews for products or businesses, but Darren and the guys at UTV Direct went above and beyond to straighten out a mistake with my order. It may have taken a little extra time to get my order right (from no fault of their own), but in the end it got settled with very little inconvenience to myself. In the end I’m happy with the products and very happy with the service I received.”
