“Heater arrived extremely fast and will be waiting until fall to install it. When I traveled 350mi to my Polaris dealerships in Ironwood Mi . I scheduled 2 days in a motel to give them the time necessary for the heater install and my next 50 hr service! After the service was completed they started to install the Inferno Heater. After installing the necessary wiring and hoses and coolant replaced they discovered that the heater core was not soldered at one of the tubes from the core!! They removed it and sent it out to a radiator repair place to see if they could fix it? By noon the next day they called me and said that he could not repair it!! I was EXTREMELY UPSET that I had spent 400$ and now what was I to do? I called UTV DIRECT and was directed to a person at the company that distributes Inferno who said they would next day ship a new core to my dealer. I had to spend an additional 250$ for 2 more nights in the motel until the job was done! I asked that the heater company should cover the expense of the heater for my aggravation and 450$ extra for the motel and labor for install and reinstall? I guess I was not important enough for that!! They did refund 100$ but I will NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!”
