“When I ordered my rxr doors there was a 7-8 week wait for shipping. I waited four months and heard nothing so I called and seems my order was never sent to production. The lady in customer service was really sweet and helpful. They gave me a little credit on my order, sent me a cute give box and had my doors sent out with in a couple days. I realize things happen and they made it right. Will use them again for sure.”

“Arrived promptly on time. Wish the box was marked fragile, in bigger bolder letters for the windshield. Mine came damaged and scratched. For what it will go through, it's fine. Will order from them again.”

“I am very happy with the product. Originally, during the installation process, I was having difficulty fitting the windshield with the gasket into place. I called for assistance on the help-line and was directed to make sure the gasket was fully seated. My only complaint is concerning the process of putting on the gasket as we had to use rubber mallets to fully engage the gasket. Even then it was an extremely tight fit. I'm OK with the tight fit, but perhaps a word to notify customers more clearly on how the gasket needs to be fully seated, potentially with a rubber mallet, in order to install it in place”

“I added an item to the cart and was waiting to get the military coupon. It never did send me the number. I waited two days then had to call to get it done,and the item ordered. I almost went elsewhere. The phone order went really great. The people are nice, and know about the items. I am writing this before I recieved the item. They say it's two week wait.”
