“Bill was very helpful in helping me with the order he actually saved me from ordering items I didn't need. He called me to verify that the order was correct as the shipping address and billing address were different checking for fraud.”

“I ordered two items one was a shelf item and the other was a custom build item. The site did not have all the links to complete my custom order. When I called the sales person was a rock star. Order got completed. I’ve received my shelf item in three days”

“I thought I ordered correct part. They were paying attention enough to know I may have made a mistake. They called and verified and changed my order so I would receive the correct item I needed. That's customer service above and beyond. Could have spent weeks shipping items back and forth but they prevented that by paying attention. Thanks Jerry”
