“My bumper made it here very quickly but the boxes were damaged terrible. I know it’s partially the carriers fault but heavy products need heavier duty packaging.”

“I was helped By I believe "Bill" His help was great he was able to make suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the product I was buying and more importantly about the application and details of the make and model I was installing it on. I quickly found what I was looking for, put the item in my cart and checkout was very simple. I also checked reviews from buyers on the UTV Direct page and all seemed satisfied with their purchase. “Ordered snorkel kit. They said it was in stock charged my card. Then called me an hr later and said it would be48 hrs to refund my money as parts were backordered.”
