Good Morning, Your order was placed on 3/17 and tracking was emailed to you on that same day. Tracking indicates that it was delivered to your mailbox on 3/20 at 11:26am. I have no notes or recored that indicate you have called in saying you have not received this item.

“Highly recommend. Inadvertently ordered a part that would not work on my sxs. They actually called me to make sure that part was actually the one I intended to buy. They corrected my mistake and shipped the correct part. Saved me the whole return process. The parts I ordered fit and worked perfectly.”

“Item arrived with all the hardware missing. 10 days later hardware arrived with the seal missing. Still waiting on that. Suggest you are more demanding of your suppliers. Since first the parts were missing the shipment should have been expedited. It wasn't. It also should have been checked for accuracy. It was not. If you accept this level of performance you will eventually fail.”
