“I wish I could say it was a good experience at BagBnB. I dropped off my bags and when I retrieved them, my locks were bent and broken. Fortunately, one held, so they couldn’t get into my bag, but I’ve since opened a claim to reimburse for the cost of the locks. I like the concept and it was helpful to drop my bags off, but this isn’t my ideal smooth transaction.”

“The employees seemed a bit uninterested, which made me feel a bit uneasy about leaving my bag. Once they directed me to where to leave it, I saw several other bags and it gave me a bit of relief.”

“The service was easy to arrange online. The store was simple to locate. It helped that there was a photo of the storefront. Pretty straight forward. I didn’t like that the bags were just behind an open counter. The store was busy with bike renters and this situation could have been more secure with bags placed in the back or otherwise out of sight.”

“As a first-timer, I was worried about how this would work, and how safe my bags would be. Have to say, happily, this service is GREAT! The guys at the storefront, (used to tourists, very accommodating and close to Port Auth. - with multiple other locations/businesses participating) were sO nice. Importantly, they handled my bag, photo-tagging, and retrieval carefully. I SO appreciate this, (actually affordable!) option in NYC! Will ABsolutely use again ... A~”
