“I was disappointed with this service. The restaurant barely had an idea of the service they were offering and the woman looked extremely confused when I explained the situation. They also did not have a clearly designated spot to leave my luggage and she shoved it into a small room not meant for the purpose. Picking up my bag was also a painful process. I would not recommend this service, nor use it again.”

“Easy, quick, affordable. First time using this type of service. Booking was simply online. Location was a short walk from Grand Central. Staff was ready for the drop off so it was easy and quick. Enjoyed the day without luggage and pick up was super easy. Would recommend.”

“The service is ideal, however i think store owners should be better oriented about the process. The store owner got mad because I asked him to place the security tags on the luggage and did not want me to take the pictures. Apparently, he found it offensive that I followed the protocol that the app instructed me to follow. He said I was the first person to do that which makes me think he is not aware of the tag-picture protocol. When picking up our luggage he told us not to show our IDs because we didn’t trust him, but he trusted us (in a condescending way) Which again, is breaking the rules.Overall, my experience would have been a lot better if he would have not gotten so offended that I was following the protocol.”

“This was absolutely horrible service. First, the app did not work correctly. I had trouble from the beginning with it. We went to check in and it was a random room they kept our luggage in with the door wide open the whole time. My friends app didn’t work at all and her reservation got cancelled and the man made me pay him 6 more dollars after I have paid 11 dollars to store 2 of my bags in AN UNSECURED OPEN ROOM. He promised the room would stay locked. I walked in to get them and it’s wide open. Completely dissatisfied with this service. Will not use again or recommend. Pathetic.”

“I was a little skeptical at first, but this service works exactly as advertised. I like the luggage tag with serial number to ensure there are no mix ups with other peoples bags, and I like the photo verification. I would definitely use this service again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to solve the problem of what to do with your bags for a few hours.”

“Crappy website. The pay button malfunctions. Eventually my booking went through as I pushed on ‘pay’ several times and I didn’t know about it until it as the screen didn’t give any co formation. Found out that the booking went through after was too late to use.”

“Using this shop at E 65 Street to store our luggage for a day worked perfectly. The employee was friendly and the opening hours were perfect for our Saturday evening 10.00 pm flight. Our luggage was save and we definitely recommend this place.”
