“Great service and good price. You can leave your luggage in this storage place near Port Authority’s terminal station and enjoy the day in New York. It’s safe and convenient. Thanks to Iram, she was so kind and she even recommended a.good restaurant.”

“Goof location, found easily, they added sticker for our luggage and we took a photo of number on that sticker. Luggages are in front and also in back of the store, they are keeping good eye on them. 6 dollars for 1 luggage.”

“The location I chose was perfect and the people there were very accommodating, but Vertoe as a company should treat their partners A LOT better. You put customers first and ignore the people you partner with. They still are business with real operating hours, you can't just impose your own time on them. If they close at 9, don't say "It's okay to show up a little late." If they close and the person is late, you just make them look bad when in reality it's your fault for saying it's okay. Dick move as a company. Do better”

Hello, Thank you for your review. While we allow for some flexibility with pickup and dropoff times, we state that this is ok as long as this is within the shop's operating hours. Store hours are included in the confirmation emails to allow for our users to plan accordingly. Thank you, -Emily

“Was in Philadelphia. Checked out of hotel around 1 pm and transport out was not until 9 pm. Needed a place to store bags while we traveled around the city and found Vertoe. Process was quick and easy. Great service that solved a challenge.”

“Soooo this location was not ideal. We were ten minutes early for our reserved time and the woman didn’t want to accommodate us. When she finally agreed, our bags were placed in the tiny, dirty cleaning closet. Tiny, like step in, turn around, step out tiny. And the utility sink was in there. So if they had to use the sink they would have had to remove our bags in order to reach it. Would NOT recommend Su Casa in Chicago.”

“Vertoe was exactly what we needed in order to enjoy our last day in NYC! The E 55th Street location was easy to find, the employee was extremely helpful and the bags were kept in a secure location. We highly recommend Vertoe and the E 55th Street location!”

“Stayed in Chicago recently and checkout time of my Airbnb was noon, my flight wasn't until 7pm. I wasn't about to haul my carry on all over the city. I looked up luggage storage and found vertoe. The process to confirm, drop off, and pick up your bags was extremely easy. Will definitely use again.”

“Booked a long layover in Chicago to take my son sight-seeing for the day but didn't want to lug our bags with us everywhere. It would be $60 per bag to check them with the airline. I was nervous to use a service like this, especially with so little reviews. Very glad we decided to use Vertoe. Everything was simple and easier than expected. Our bags were stored in a back room and were waiting for us at the end of our day.”
