“great service, easy in and out.”

“The service was good. The address was easy to find and the everything was pretty straightforward. The only thing was that I am somehow supposed to log in to the site and submit a photo of my baggage tag. This isn't really realistic when I am travelling abroad without a data plan and the bag drop location does not offer wifi”

“Todo estaba muy bien, limpio y cuando llegamos al apartamento teníamos todo en la puerta. Habíamos pedido una cuna BabyBjörn pero al no tener me dieron la cuna graco. Creo que deberían poner artículos que se parecieran. Pero en general todo bien! Gracias!”

“My experience was amazing with Vertoe! We were a group of eleven girls who had a late flight out of LA and our check out time was in the morning, so we wanted to spend the day out and about but we had a lot of baggage. We found Vertoe through a google search the morning of, and we are so glad we did. The booking process was flawless, very quick and at a very fair price. 30 minutes after our booking we were checking our baggage in, a process that took 5 minutes. The hostel that took care of our luggage was very clean and organized with friendly staff, honestly, it was amazing.”

“First off I didn’t know that such services excisted, but I am glad that when I did need it Vertoe was there. Their services were reliable, fast, convenient, and easy to use. Definitely will use them again on my next trip. It takes out the stress of where will I leave my luggage after checking out of my airbnb.”

“This service worked out perfectly for us on our last day in the city. We were able to secure our luggage before our evening flight in the area we were spending time in for the day. It was very convenient and would be happy to use it again. Thanks”

“I was nervous at first about dropping my bags off with strangers, but the instructions were very clear and the storekeepers could not have been more helpful and polite. Store was easy to find, clean, and clearly very popular amongst Vertoe users! My only criticism is that I would have liked to place the tag on my luggage myself, but would 100% use Vertoe at this location again!”
