“The service is exactly what you expect and it works well. You drop off luggage to store and pick it up again for about $6 a day. Their online customer service through zendesk can be slow, but they get back to you eventually.”

“This was super convenient and easy (also, unlike other services, you don't need a credit card). However, the bags were just left in the store: they weren't locked in a room or anything, so anyone coming in from the street could have just taken one. In a pinch, I'd probably use this service again (they were the only ones in the vicinity open late enough and worked with a debit card), but I'd try to avoid it.”

“Luggages were kept at shop’s entrance and when I picked them up, nobody asked me for my code or ID. I already booked this place for the day of my check out, but when I came the shop was closed without any notice. Poor service”

“We are so glad that we found this service. We needed a place to store our luggage as you can't take it in to Dodger Stadium. We booked online and had it placed safely in storage within a few hours. The couple who ran the store were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them.”

“The staff was very friendly and the process of dropping off our bags was very easy. However, when we went to pick up our bags the staff told us to go to the back room and grab our bags ourselves. They did not ask to see any sort of proof that the bags were ours. They did not check that the bags belonged to us. I did not feel comfortable that anyone else could have walked in and picked up our bags without being questioned. The ease of which someone could steal my bag ruins the entire Vertoe system.”

“very trustworthy; if a location doesn't have the option of lockers (where you could use a lock) they give you a plastic restraint to use on your bag. It is very convenient and at a really good price”
