“於寵物展詢問購買Heartguard Plus 可否以之前獸醫購買過的Invoice 作證明, sales 表示可以, 不用其他額外補充提交文件後卻得到回覆是不能以invoice 作證明, 必須是referral letter 或1分鐘短片, 即使以health cert 也不能證明寵物是健康, 實在不能接受及莫名其妙以往即使我從其他獸醫購買也只是以invoice 作證明便可, 我不知道為甚麼貴公司會如此沒有彈性地處理為免再添麻煩, 往後不會再考慮在貴公司購物”
