“I have been making recurrent orders on Vetopia for a while . However , I sometimes receive very last minute calls/ msg regarding the dog food running out of stock. It’s not easy for my dog to switch food as his stomach is not good. Every time when we switch dog food/ food type, he will be having diarrhoea. So this has been quite a headache for me. I hope you guys will have a better solution/ maybe notifying the customer earlier. Thank you.”

“exceedingly frustrating online system and account set up. Whattsapp box always full and too much AI and not enought human contact . The best service is the delivery person who is prompt. Communication options of live chat does not appear to work and certainly canot get through by telephone.”
