“One of the customer service manner is very poor, i used e-mail to contact but nobody concern my request . When I finished the payment, she said that it will be sent it by SF Express after tomorrow. I asked the management it was sent from office. It was very bad experience for me.”

“Excellent fast service. Would appreciate some other non prescriptions but available only through a vet, items you might carry such as Denosyl. I have an older dog that needs this medication but our vet no longer provides it and the substitute is a large capsule of a powder. Capsule too big and dog doesn’t like the powder.”
