“Overall it's good. But for my latest order, there was a hiccup. I received the email advising the delivery would be on April 24. As it didn't indicate the delivery time, I sent a whatsapp advising that the delivery could be left at the door if no one at home. I received a call from Ray from the warehouse that it would be delivered by SF Exress and shouldn't be a problem if no one at home. However, there was no delivery on that day. I called Ray next morning who helped track the order status but needed to wait until after noon. Ray gave me the tracking number but on.the SF site, it said no such order. I made a follow-up call and was told that there was a mistake made by SF and the order would only be delivered on April 26. Unexpectedly, the order was finally received on April 25 late afternoon. This wasn't a good experience though not a big issue. Ray was helpful in his response. It would be good if the email can provide the delivery time range on the delivery day.”
