“I made the order at pet show June 2023 as there was a 15% off on all products sitewide. Unfortunately, the staff serving me forgot to apply that discount and I was overcharged. I discovered that when I read over the email receipt back home. Wrote to Vetopia and finally got the matter solved. They are willing to refund on the excessive amount charged, waiting for the transfer of money at the moment.”
