Not sure if there is any point in this review because if you look at Trustpilot they have 3 stars. but if you read the reviews it becomes hard to believe. I had to get my local M.P. involved to get the money that I was entitled to and when I did they moaned on about it. I feel sorry for the people who work for them or perhaps they have just become thick skinned due to the level of complaints.

This is a horrible horrible company to use, If I’d be able to give them -5 stars I would give them that but I’m fortunately the minimum that I can give is a one star. Three days before our arrival they I received an email that my villa is cancelled With some Vague excuse about short-term and long-term lettings agreement that Villa plus has with the landlord. This is after I paid for the villa in full. We were a large party of more than 10 people and had already booked our tickets and Car Rental and they just cancelled us and they just couldn’t care less, all they were interested in giving us was two separate smaller Villas that we had to cram into. Being that we had booked our tickets already we had no choice but to take this or end up losing our tickets. We got to the Villas and there was no air condition working on the ground floor and even on the first floor the air condition was very poor. This is all when the Tele tire outside is 39c When I contacted villa plus they told me that there’s nothing they can do and I should’ve known that all villas in Cyprus don’t have air condition on the ground floor and it even says it on their website. This is simply not true as most of us do have air-conditioning and it says nothing on the website about this. When I tried contacting villa plus I have to wait two hours on the phone to anyone answer the phone and they just put the phone down on me. The lady on ground that was meant to help had her phone switched off most time as well. I want to reiterate again do NOT use this company there are much better companies out there which give you unbelievably good service.

Booked for June 2021 they would not refund saying Villa was available, however the resort in Menorca was not open and all flights from UK were cancelled, they would not even offer a change of dates to later this year! Disgusting treatment after using them for years.

I booked a villa in May for a rental in Portugal in June, I paid the full rental cost of around £1200. When the government changed the country to amber status I tried to alter the booking to later in the year which Villa Plus would not do, and they have kept my money. After weeks of Emails with Customer Service asking to change dates it was clear that nothing would be done.I decided to write to one of the owners at his home address, it was very easy to find on the internet. Guess what I have not even had an acknowledgement from them, that shows exactly what sort off people they are.

Totally disreputable company. Look at the other review sites and see how they treat their customers. They do not contact you after you have paid your deposit and will do all that they can to bend their rules and the law to make sure they keep your money. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Supposed to holiday with them on 2nd April 2021. Have tried numerous times to contact them to move our holiday instead of a refund as all the flights are cancelled. However, Spain is still open to tourists, so they are not obliged to help . Apparently sent an e-mail giving me a 72 hour slot in which to change my booking. An email I never received. Used Villa Plus for years. NEVER AGAIN.

Robbers thrives of stealing your hard earned cash no refunds when in a pandemic lockdown with restrictions and they will tell you you need to source alternative travel as villa you booked is available how the hell is that possible when everything everywhere holidays cannot be flights cancelled. Joke villa plus avoid at all costs they will steal frim you.

This company don’t even deserve 1 star but I couldn’t write the review without giving them 1. Utterly disgusting company lost our deposit, because we can’t go because of restrictions and self isolation, they don’t want to know, well let’s see if they make a profit next year, a petition is what we need about this company. Do they honestly think that us brits would not travel if we could? They are a bloody disgrace robbing us of our hard earned cash. I WILL NEVER USE VILLA PLUS EVER AGAIN.

Great customer service from Michael today, explained everything and was really helpful and understanding of our situation. Called me back when he said he would and were really quick to answer the phones when I called. Much appreciated

We were due to fly out to Fuerteventura on 14/3/20 and the 1st flight from Manchester to be cancelled after Spain declared a 'State of Emergency'. Villa Plus refused to refund our Villa full cost claiming we should of found another way to get there !!! Surely after reading the all the previous reviews a joint complaint/petition should be made !!!!!

The company would not correspond with me regarding our booking. They refused to answer any calls or emails and then said that we had cancelled and kept out deposit.i tried to contact them as our granddaughter, who suffers from Turner's syndrome, had to go into hospital and my daughter could not travel as she was in lockdown, so 6 of our party of 12 could not travel. In a very compassionate way they said get stuffed and kept our money without recourse to a voucher. This company is a joke. Read the reviews before you even think about using them.

“Like all the others - loyal prior repeat customer Zero communication, ignored emails, no ability to contact, no options to move/change our summer holiday, lost over £1000 deposit. Covid wasn't their fault, the way they treated us was.

Awful Awful Awful! Shocked and appalled, they have basically stolen our money. We live in tier 3 area amd government advice is not to travel. Our flights were cancelled due to covid but villaplus feel its OK to not offer refund, vouchers or to let us rebook. Wish I had read reviews before booking. Cant even post a review on trust pilot anymore. Unable to get hold of them before departure date and then was told its too late beyond awful scamming company.

I was a package customer - ATOL protected - holiday cancelled beginning of September - FCO guidance and also my return flight no longer operating and no available alternatives. Jet 2 immediately refunded for both flights to VP and I was verbally assured by VP that I would be issued with full refund within 14 days. Nothing happened and despite extensive emails, complaints to ABTA, CMA, Resolver and trading standards, all I had back from VP was the usual generic nonsense ' if you have been promised a refund, then you will get this - we don't know when but thank you for your patience'. Well my patience finally ran out and with no sign of any proposed date for a refund after 8 weeks I went down the section 75 route. Although the full amount was back in my credit card account almost immediately, I had to wait 35 days before claiming this back to my current account as VP could 'dispute' this - although why they would when this money was owed to me ? Well, they did nt dispute and I was finally able to claim the full amount back from my credit card last week. During this time I heard nothing from VP aside from further generic emails. So pleased I just did nt sit and wait it out for VP to pull their finger out. Section 75 definitely the way to go as at least I knew I would eventually get my money back. Having holidayed with VP on a number of previous occasions, the disdain and utter contempt they have displayed towards their customers during this pandemic makes me realise they are not a trustworthy or ethical company. Next years holidays with them are villa only - please read their terms and conditions - they are not covered by ATOL/ABTA and you will get absolutely nothing back from them if your holiday is cancelled.

Booked Villa and flights and like everyone else waiting on a refund from VP. Not answering their phones and send out generic emails claiming that they are busy with the volume of refunds, and yours will be processed in due course! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I thought the customer had protection from ABTA and ATOL, not to mention the Consumers Act! This now proves these bodies have no teeth and VP is exempt from the Consumers Act, in other words the customer has now little protection. Now considering other options including Credit Card refund.

Booked villa and flights with this company phoned in December 2019 and spoke to a member of staff who took our deposits and Was very helpful. contacted by villa plus in March 2020 to pay balance of our holiday to go on September 2020. Which we did as we were advised if we did not pay balance we would lose our holiday. This is when villa plus stopped being very helpful once they received payment. We were contacted two days before we were ment to go on our holiday and had it cancelled and was told we would get a full refund. We are in November and have have not been contacted by villa plus or had any money back. You know how to keep your customers happy or maybe your company policy. I'll let you make your own minds up about this company.

I was due to go on holiday on 21st August. I need not go into detail about all the attempts at trying to speak to VP before the holiday to see if it was going ahead or not. My partner and I had to find out for ourselves whether it was or wasn’t going ahead. NOT ONCE did VP contact me. They haven’t contacted me since either regarding a refund (even though website states I’m due a refund within 14 days of departure date). I’ve now got my money back having gone through my credit car company. I will never again book with this company. I hope everyone owed money by VP are reimbursed. Then I’m sure the company will eventually go bust.
