Despite Villaplus rep telling me the would transfer my Villa booking and to continue to check in on my flight they changed their mind in the morning and refused to help or escalate to a manager. All I got was computer says no. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Villa Plus - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked a villa that stated it was a detached property, and paid my deposit. That evening I was showing my partner the pictures and he said that’s not detached?! I emailed them as the pictures were unclear and taken at an angle. I got a reply to say ‘as per the advert’ it’s semi detached… very strange as I was sure it said detached. I checked their website and it did indeed say semi detached, so I then looked back at my screenshots and it said detached!! They had changed the advert before responding!! Absolutely no integrity or values, extremely deceitful to avoid finding an alternative or reimbursing my deposit. I had to take my case to ABTA, I got my money back finally but not so much as an apology and nothing for all the inconvenience and stress it caused us. I then had to find an alternative but couldn’t do that until I had my deposit back over 2 months later, so we were then limited on properties available to fit the flights I’d already booked. Absolutely avoid at all costs, they are complete con artists without any morals and should be ashamed of themselves.

Everything the villa was dirty not cleaned the dinning room roof was falling in and the bedroom roof was The villa was dated needs a good renovation

Villa dorada, playa Blanca, lanzarotte. Very dated. Felt dirty. Needs a deep clean minimum but really needs up dating. Lots of small bugs everywhere. Got bitten on legs around 15 times. Chemist said they are not mosquito bites… pool was ok. Area outside had broken or not working street lights which made it a very eary feeling when returning at night.

Absolutely terrible experience.. management feedback very poor.. do not use.. I stayed in a villa in August which was not cleaned to a decent standard..  but more than that our swimming pool turned green after three days due to the filter and pipes broken.. we had no pool use for 2 days whist this was being fixed, due to this I picked up a stomach parasite which meant I had severe upset stomach and sickness on return which I've only just fully recovered from... including two lots of antibiotics and as a side note green hair too..(which I was advised to out tomatoe ketchup in) No grips on the steps getting in so my nephew slipped and hurt his leg. It's been over 2 months since my initial complaint and around 6 emails and I have finally heard back from villa plus advising that they sympathise but take no responsibility . This is disgrace and disgusting especially as I have photos of the issues and have been so unwell. Do not use this company.. we spent over £2.5k and they are awful. Very  disappointed.

Booking: Villa Guaita, Pollensa, Majorca VillaPlus manage this property and I booked directly through them summer. Unfortunately we had so many bad issues: Safety / Contravening ETV license laws: - There was an inside BBQ area that had NO carbon monoxide monitoring and no fire alarm coverage. The carbon monoxide monitor had no batteries and 3 years past its date of usage! - see the images - The pool had no barrier (fine) but NO lighting at night making it a very dangerous hazard for children Flooding: - the property flooded twice in a week and despite reporting there was no action Misrepresenting Services: - the marketing stated there was air con on a timer and there would be air con in the rooms at night. This was a JOKE as the air con only worked with a motion sensor so unless YOU STAY UP ALL NIGHT THERE IS NO AIRCON! Oh and as an aside there was no hot water. Customer Service: - VillaPlus believe these issues are fine and do not see why they need to do a site visit to review or indeed offer a refund. I have contacted the ETV licensing team with the images and hope they take action to protect future guests. SEE IMAGES ATTACHED FOR HOW BAD THIS WAS!

Villa Pomelo calan blanes. Stayed here for a week with my daughter and her family. Villa not as represented in pictures. Firstly this is not a safe home for children. Cables for tv tied up in knots and easily available for kids to get into trouble with. Electrics are poor, just a load of plugs plugged into extension sets. TV was broken on arrival, which didn't really bother us and was replaced. Dishwasher falling apart, wheels fell off everytime door was opened. Worst feature of all was the state of the small shower room. Shower tray quickly filled up and took ages to drain away. Towels all stained from previous users and bedlinen very shabby. Washing machine broke down every time it was used.No bluetooth speaker. To be fair to Villa Plus they did respond quickly to all the issues we raised which made the uncomfortable and shabby villa slightly more bearable. The resort itself was super but I'd avoid this villa if you can. The garden area is unkempt, our granddaughter injured herself on an old cactus plant which was lying broken, up-ended in the garden. Grass is very sparse and in need of attention. Furniture shabby and not as displayed in photos. Pool fence was dragged out of a dirty old patio store, was mucky and looked awful once in place, it is clearly never hosed down between users.

Villa Adonis, Corfu - our holiday was spoiled by loud building works nearby which went on most of the day for 2 weeks ( inc Saturdays ) - we had to go out for much of the day as we couldn't enjoy the pool - despite sending VillaPlus videos of the disruption they have refused to offer any compensation - my advice would be - don't book this villa, and don't use VillaPlus

Hi this was our 4th holiday with villa plus and must strongly say we booked villa Anamar for our week break.this villa must be put down as Car essential.😡😡had to get a taxi everywhere even to local shop.the write up is all wrong......please change this as its a 40min stroll to the shop but definitely a taxi back (uphill )no would never book this villa again and sad to say the bathrooms were clean but definitely need up dated....

Stayed at villa Indico in Lanzarote. All you need to know. The villa was great on a very quiet street. There is a shop near by just go to bottom of the street turn left then left again and you will see the shop on the left. It says supermarket restaurant but its just a shop. It sells English food some Warburton's bread in freezer. But beware of the fresh milk got two bottles on different days both went off next day. The beach and restaurant bars are 10 min walk from the villa. Again go to the end of the street turn let just keep going till you reach the beach and you will see the bars up the street on the right. The main town Puerto del carmen is much the same as the beach bars. The taxi number they leave you is great you just tell them the villa name and they there straight away. Cost 5 euro to go to main town. All in all had a great week here in a great villa that is completely private no overlooked from anywhere,

Be careful not a trusted compan Well 6 days before our family holiday to villa Tomillo, Javea we had Villa plus say great news your £14000.00 holiday is only days away, but instead of the holiday you had booked over a year ago has been cancelled, don't worry we have found another one, we look at this and it was obvious it was a budget villa and no comparison. We was told by the agent it was a 1000 pound more but they would not charge any more. Lucky we recorded the conversation, as we checked and the replacement was over a thousand pound cheaper and told them this and we had documents to prove it. We did not want to go as our villa was cancelled but was told by VP that we had to go and has to be book straight away I asked for a couple of day to look into it was was refused time. He phoned next morning and said if we don't book it HE WOULD DO IT FOR ME AND IF WE DON'T GO WE WOULD LOSE ALL OF THE MONEY. I SAID WE DON'T WANT IT AND HE FINISHED THE PHONE CALL BY SAYING HE WOULD BOOK IT NOW, AND I SAID NOT WITH MY PERMISSIONS AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT ANY WAY. Great customer service. The short, answer we had to go as in fear of loosing £14000 and the villa was of a much lower quality, I have pictures of when pulled out phone charger the face plate came away with charger exposing bere mains wires, the master bed room shower came with a sink plunger so had to use to empty shower tray the owner live next door and had many texts to say put away parasels and turn of landing lights at night even though we had children from 5 year old with me. No hot water for 2 days, microwave didn't work, 2 aircon units stopped working an was give battery's to do our self's, we had to get the laundry ready so they could swap over, it goes on and on, as we had recording of there conversations, about them saying things not true, pictures showing a low quality and dangerous wires they reluctantly gave back the cost difference of villa cost. So to all make sure you have evidence when contacting, recordings, and any thing else that they might deny later. I could go on but you have been warned and to try and talk by phone to a named person is blocked and they hide behind covid

Dreadful company, don’t offer refunds or change of date on villa only holidays. If COVID affects travel you lose all of your money. Your better off using booking.com as you get free cancellation and won’t lose money. Shocking company avoid at all costs

I would rate this no stars if the option were available as villa plus has just cancelled my holiday at 2 weeks notice because their supplier has apparently withdrawn the villa. They have offered to refund £389 of a £900 plus villa with the rest as a voucher which given the background I have no desire to use. They have not offered to contribute to cover my abortive flight costs, vehicle hire or airport hire costs, even though this is clearly an issue which should be within their control. I am left with nearly all the costs and no holiday. While things can go wrong in those circumstances it’s how you are then treated that matters. Given how I’ve been treated, through no fault of mine and without COVID factors etc my advice would be don’t go near them. Book with a company that treats their customers with respect.

The villa looked great on the photos. The villa can Ros Majorca is a tired smelly leaky toilets not up to standard old heap. October 2021. No handle on a toilet door my husband got locked in. We complained but weren’t taken seriously. When we arrived back. We were given £150 ponds towards our next villa. I wouldn’t go with them again if it was free!!!! A terrible disreputable firm. If you want a good holiday don’t go with villa plus!!!!

Booked a holiday at a small villa in Kefalonia for June 22, paid a substantial deposit. A car was required for the villa and it is some years since we hired a car on holiday we were surprised to learn that many car hire companies don't rent to persons in their 70s ( which we are ) Cancelled this holiday but requested that we would be able to switch the holiday to somewhere like Minorca, two messages to this effect were sent but no reply received. No refund of deposit of course as this is probably in VillaPlus's swollen coffers. We have no legal entitlement to have our deposit returned and as there is no other options being entertained by VP we must lick our wounds. Naturally we were shocked to read some of the reviews about this business and we were only sorry that we hadn't read them before booking. For those of you who have legal redress I would suggest that you make contact with each other as well as those disaffected clients on Facebook ( VillaPlus Refunds ) and form a group action to have your monies returned. Establishing a single point of contact with a legal representative in St Albans and sending complaints with all details to them would be a first step in properly addressing your issues with this with this rather questionable outfit.

I booked a villa for 3 weeks May 2021 paid my full balance and was told the villa was ready for us!! but how could we get there Jet 2 cancelled our flights but got full fefund from them. Marjorca was in lockdown so we couldn't get there, how stupid are these people, so my villa stood empty for 3 weeks abs disgraceful, i have a disabled son and had to check if its suitable to start with!!!!@ I wad told i had to claim on my travel insurance as they were not going to refund me or offer a voucher, my insurance company paid out but what a hassle, and i had to pay the £200 excess, instead of leaving staff on the front line to deal with it all where was the managing directors of Vill Plus disgracefull!!!!!!!!!!!

APPALLING COMPANY - cancelled the same week we were due to fly out after we had it booked for nearly a year - left us high and dry - never again and we will be telling everyone what you did to us - treat your customers how you wish to be treated or you will rightly go out of business very soon - you will never get another penny from us or anyone i know, shocking treatment.

Having used this company for many years we are absolutely disgusted that we have lost our money and they are not willing to refund. They have no idea how much stress they have caused us which has resulted in major health issues Will never ever use them again and would never recommend. They are an absolute joke and should be ashamed of themselves
