“I am a travel agent for 25 years and have used them in the past. I just completed 4 more applications today. Their service is "above and beyond" any other service in this business. Communications is great and they handle all problems and advise accordingly. The only way to get a visa is with VisaHQ”

“My VisaHQ representative was great, she stayed in touch with me every step of the was. I had personal contact with her on every concern and question. She walked me through every step of the application process (which was overwhelming). She communicated with me using email and I had her direct phone number and when I called her she actually answered the phone, she was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable --- just great service. Could not have been issued a China Visa with her help.”

Since an invitation letter, necessary for a business visa, was not supplied, our team went ahead with the agreed-upon tourist visa. “The worst visa agency I’ve ever experienced. Lack of professionalism, delaying my documents for two weeks for submitting by Singapore embassy. I travel the world for past 10 years and never had a problem with visas. Have to notice lady named Maria - her absence of knowledge documentation impressed me the most. Because of VisaHQ I didnt get visa in time, and didn’t make it as I planned for my work trip. I will definitely tell all my friends from cruise ships (Princess, Oceania, Celebrity, Holland America Line and Regent Seven Seas) NEVER EVER use VisaHQ.”

Hi Olena, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with VisaHQ. I would, however, like to remind you that our team has no control over processing once the application arrives at the embassy. In this case, the embassy returned the application twice and the holiday period delayed processing, through no fault of ours. Several members of the VisaHQ staff spent a workday trying to expedite your visa, but again, we cannot control processing times. In looking into your situation, I see that Gary spoke to your husband and explained what occurred.
