“Excellent service. Answered all my questions. Provided updates throughout the process. The visa was secured in a shorter time than my colleagues resident in Europe and using another organisation. It it was great to have a customer service manager appointed to provide continuity in the process.”

“Words cannot tell what a wonderful service I received from Paula Marques. She was quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind and patient with me in arranging the exasperating visa for Russia. I have been lucky enough to have travelled the world. always doing the planning and visa on my own. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Visa HQ and if you are lucky enough to have Paula as your advisor GOOD FOR YOU!!”

“My expectation was that this was a 24/7 service and initiated my request on the weekend, so when I didn’t receive a response to my CHAT questions until Monday I had a few panic moments! On Monday I received immediate response and my Visa arrived on Tuesday! So all is good. Thank you”

“Visa HQ did 4 Visas for my Company and did a superb job! Particularly Meylis Hummedov out of the Houston office. He was extremely professional and helpful and guided me through the steps for our China visas. He made this process extremely painless and was such a pleasure to work with. He is the customer service that you wish was all over this country but unfortunately is not. Great job VisaHQ & thank you Sir for your astound customer service :)”
