“They didn't give me a visa that lasted long enough to get in the country but they took the time to figure it out and let me know what was happening during the whole process.”

“Online process was easy to use and follow up from Peter was good when we needed it (the embassy took longer to process our applications then expected, putting our flights at risk).”

“The website of VisaHQ, the visa application process, the email notification upon completion of each step, and the quick response and courtesy from the VisaHQ staff are commendable. However, the staff's professional writing skills have room to improve. A quick question: why is the Fedex cost charged by VisaHQ much higher than that of the Fedex retail store?”

“It was simple, quick and easy applying for a business visa to China. The website was clear and when I did get something wrong in my paperwork (it’s complicated because my work is home based and my employer is in another country) they contacted me immediately and we fixed it so my application went through smoothly and quickly. Thanks.”
