“The directions and checklist would be more helpful if tailored based on the application . For example, if my invitation is being arranged through you, that item on the check list should not appear. Same with age and previous Russian citizenship.”

“I had to resubmit my picture for my visa. Looking at it closely I could see why. Might want to point out to costimers that they need a photo as good as the one on their passport.”

“Looks like a very good system for folks that need to manage multiple visas (groups, families, etc). I found it relatively easy to use, and would definitely use it again. I don't have my visa it yet, so too early to tell on that front...”
