“I found the the process of obtaining a Visa to be extremely efficient. Carlos, who handled my application, was very professional, responsive to my queries, and provided very detailed updates. I'll certainly use VisaHQ again, without hesitation.”

“Trying to navigate through the on line application was challenging; it kept dropping out information that I had entered. I'm afraid in my experience it is not the most user friendly program that I have used. That being said, when I interacted with your staff, people instead of programs, everything was worked out smoothly and competently. It is great that I don't have to overnight my passport to you as I did a couple of years ago.”

“The data that was needed from me and the actions that were required of me were very clearly laid out for me to follow. Once VisaHQ had my inputs, it was clear that they would let me know if anything was missing, so it was just a matter of waiting a few days till it was done. Easy.”

“I am satisfied with the services and multiple attempts made by Cheery Bravo to book an appointment with Singapore Consulate. Although I find the service to be expensive as price is higher for a business VISA vs a tourist VISA although not much difference in VISA form. This could have been kept the same price.”

“Everything went as expected. Perhaps my only quibble would be with the 2-day FedEx outward to VisaHQ. I dropped it at my local FedEx office on Saturday 6th October but it didn't arrive until Wednesday the following week. Seems to have taken longer than expected. But I got my visa in time so no harm done.”

“Service was quick once the forms were submitted. But I did not find that process clear. When should I upload, how, etc. I would work on making that part of the process clearer.”

“Because of bad planning on my part I only gave HQ a week to get me a long stay visa to the Philippines.. They worked their magic and got it done in 4 days! Very happy w the service and follow up. Lifetime customer. Greg Pancio USA”
