“Everything went as expected. Perhaps my only quibble would be with the 2-day FedEx outward to VisaHQ. I dropped it at my local FedEx office on Saturday 6th October but it didn't arrive until Wednesday the following week. Seems to have taken longer than expected. But I got my visa in time so no harm done.”

“Service was quick once the forms were submitted. But I did not find that process clear. When should I upload, how, etc. I would work on making that part of the process clearer.”

“Because of bad planning on my part I only gave HQ a week to get me a long stay visa to the Philippines.. They worked their magic and got it done in 4 days! Very happy w the service and follow up. Lifetime customer. Greg Pancio USA”

“I did get my Visa in time for my trip. But there were multiple computer problems and I could not reach a human being on the phone or by email. First I left voicemail and no one called back. Then I got hung up on without voicemail after being on hold. No one helped me. The passport ended up getting sent to Dallas, Texas rather than Los Angeles where I live, be ause the computer set my home state to Alabama and would not be edited, resulting in the printing label coming out wrong. A nice manager in Texas finally called me after the Dallas Chinese consulate rejected my passport. I told him I had been double charged for the visa service. He advised that it should only be raised after I receive the passport back safely, in case someone thinks the whole order is being cancelled, which it was not. He charged then refunded overnight shipping back to Los Angeles. Now I can’t reach a human being again about the double charge and have to dispute it through my credit card company.”
