“Thank you so much for the help in getting the visas for my Asian trip, Bernal and his colleague where very friendly and efficient, i even forgot my photos last minute for the visas and they took care of that (5 more stars for this)i will come back for next trips, and i definitely recommend it,”

“My personal experience was great. The website was straight forward & when I had an inquiry, response time was great. Overall it was done timely. Even though my experience went well, the overall company and services caused me stress because of the issues my boyfriend had through the company. He paid for express processing and mine was done first due to errors. The online site advised him to send documents to Toronto even though he lives in Ottawa. When he called to confirm, VisaHQ advised again to send to Toronto. They could not process there due to jurisdiction and had to mail it back to Ottawa. There have been slight delays while in Ottawa as well. His experience has also affected mine, since we leave soon for our trip and have been unable to book tours etc, waiting for his visa to be confirmed and returned.”

“Web site is easy to work. Chatting with customer service was nice. I event ended up getting immediate help via phone with one of your rep in my area. They took care of my request super fast. I made an EVisa request and it took 24 hours.”
