“Excellent service. I have used VisaHQ for multiple applications (Turkey, Tunisia, UK) and they have been knowledgable about all the different visa requirements. They have also been very responsive and helpful towards questions that were not even directly related to my applications and even went out of their way to work with me if there were any issues. I have recommended VisaHQ to a lot of people for Visa applications and issues as they are the source that I trust the most.”

“They are terrible to deal with, they never answer the phone. I was on hold for 60 minutes, no one answered and I hung up and called there competitors !!!!”

“When I phoned the representatives at VisaHQ (I worked with the Toronto location, but once I spoke with someone from the Vancouver office), my questions were answered thoroughly and courteously. When the reps didn't have an answer, they checked with someone else who did. I would highly recommend VisaHQ and will continue to work with them for all my visa requirements.”

“Thank you so much for the help in getting the visas for my Asian trip, Bernal and his colleague where very friendly and efficient, i even forgot my photos last minute for the visas and they took care of that (5 more stars for this)i will come back for next trips, and i definitely recommend it,”
