“Speedy service and worth the rate especially if you’re needing a China Or other Visa quickly awesome contact with Visa HQ-very helpful and smears avsilsble to answer any questions! Trusted professional service! Used Fed Ex also given the postman situation in our isolated area. Thank you!”

“Overall was good. But it was really hard to reach them by call. Their phone line has some sort of issue from day 1 we tried to communicate with them. Some things are just easier to discuss over the phone. 2 weeks later tried to call again to ask some questions but then the phone was still having issues. Anyway! They did most of things right though except that one thing that annoyed me 😁”

“I am struggling from last 5 months to get back the balance amount after cancellation of visa. Whenever i spoke to the person getting the same answer again n again n not responding properly. They even didn’t reply to the mails also Please avoid this agency to obtain visa”

“I am a travel agent for 25 years and have used them in the past. I just completed 4 more applications today. Their service is "above and beyond" any other service in this business. Communications is great and they handle all problems and advise accordingly. The only way to get a visa is with VisaHQ”

“My VisaHQ representative was great, she stayed in touch with me every step of the was. I had personal contact with her on every concern and question. She walked me through every step of the application process (which was overwhelming). She communicated with me using email and I had her direct phone number and when I called her she actually answered the phone, she was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable --- just great service. Could not have been issued a China Visa with her help.”
