“Service was fantastic! Very easy to fill out all the information on-line. Also, very easy to reach someone by phone for any questions or clarification. They provide updates every step of the process. I received my Visa exactly on time.”

“While I was trying to work with 3 companies to assist me in acquiring a VISA to China I became very frustrated with the whole process and cost. I finally decided to work with Visa HQ and the entire process became very easy/simple because of the great service and coaching I received both on the phone and on their website. I would highly recommend Visa HQ over Visa Central, Celebrity Cruise Line. VISA HQ has a 5 star rating vs. 1 star ratings of other providers.”

“I have used VisaHQ in the past and been extremely happy however this time I did not have the same experience. I had requested a multiple entry visa for China as I was meant to be travelling out of the country during my vacation for a tour. I was issued a single entry visa and so have lost a considerable amount of money on this. While I appreciate that this is up to the discretion of the embassy, I have since found out that other documents should have been provided in order to get a multiple entry which I was not asked for. When I explained this to Julie the response was ‘you can use this one and then apply for a new one’. That doesn’t really help in my current situation which I explained.”

“According to CCL, Singaporeans applying for the China Visa do not need to submit travel and hotel itinerary. Because you asked for these documents the application was delayed by almost a week. Consequently, I had to upgrade the application to Urgent, costing more. Fees are somewhat expensive.”

“I have tried to contact the customer service on the phone shown on the home page more than 10 times and no one answers or phone outside the service What a very bad service”

“Far too long a process and it was anything but ‘user friendly’. Some questions were very ambiguous and unclear. We had to call the contact number at least 3 times during the process which took a total of 3 hours to complete over 2 days!”

“Visa HQ processed my recent application for Turkish Business visa in record time. I was expecting 24 hours or even 48 hours which would have been very acceptable. Imagine my surprise when it took only a few hours. Great job, thanks for the help and keep up the good work.”
