“Might be handy to list information that might be required to complete application before filling in the blanks actually begins. Received one e-mail that indicates my Sri Lanka e-Visa is granted, and then several hours later another notification that there is an incomplete application to Sri Lanka.”

“It took VisaHQ over 16 hours to submit my visa to the Indian government. I ended up having to miss my flight because I didn’t get my visa in time. One person I spoke to at VisaHQ was nice and kind of helpful but the man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Overall, I will probably never use VisaHQ again. I could have just submitted my visa to the Indian government myself for way less money and would have gotten it in time.”

“Not only was it fast and easy, your telephone people were all just great..Put up with old lady, computer dumb, Questions and assists to all nomatter how dunb they were. Also fast fast service!!”

“There was very quick replies with information about my application for the visa. My phone call was answered promptly and was very helpful. I would have liked more information upfront about the process as I started the application without having my photo available. As a result I paid for the visa but could not complete the application. My one other minor complaint would be that it wasn’t very clear when my visa was completed as there was no button or message to click to show the process was finished.”

“Our VisaHQ representative, Bryan Hickman, was quick to work with the traveler to resolve an issue with a China Business Visa application. On a different topic, access to the VisaHQ web site has been an issue. When trying to log into our account, error message "Sorry, VisaHQ.com is temporarily unavailable" is received. This happened on Tuesday, November 6th and again today, Thursday, November 15th.”
