“The worst visa agency I’ve ever experienced. Lack of professionalism, delaying my documents for two weeks for submitting by Singapore embassy. I travel the world for past 10 years and never had a problem with visas. Have to notice lady named Maria - her absence of knowledge documentation impressed me the most. Because of VisaHQ I didnt get visa in time, and didn’t make it as I planned for my work trip. I will definitely tell all my friends from cruise ships (Princess, Oceania, Celebrity, Holland America Line and Regent Seven Seas) NEVER EVER use VisaHQ.”

Hi Olena, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with VisaHQ. I would, however, like to remind you that our team has no control over processing once the application arrives at the embassy. In this case, the embassy returned the application twice and the holiday period delayed processing, through no fault of ours. Several members of the VisaHQ staff spent a workday trying to expedite your visa, but again, we cannot control processing times. In looking into your situation, I see that Gary spoke to your husband and explained what occurred. “Real technical problems with my Mac (and Safari or Firefox) to fill in some spaces (payment in particular!). Couldn't even click on the Visa logo. Being told I need to type X numbers is no valid instruction for such a card problem. Some thinking about clear explanations would really help. All in all I spent hours (literally) over 2 days trying to find a way to fill the form completely which in itself isn't difficult. Some oddities like having 2 middle names being querried, attachment not coming through to VisaHQ... but not really too important as can be done via emails. On the other hand the staff helping me at last have been very pleasant and tried to be helpful and quick in their email reactions.”

“Absolute excellent service! Quick, efficient and easy. In 5 business days I sent and received to the Toronto location my Visa to China with no problems at all. I highly recommend this service as it saved me from having to go downtown:)”
