“Very bad Experience, seems like your rep misled us, first of all he called us to submit the docs at the Embassy of Philippines New Delhi on a holiday and wasted our time, We had applied for multiple entry one year business visa, not sure why the demand draft that he submitted at the Embassy was for single entry visa, he wasn't very convincing when we asked him why he was submitting the demand draft (visa fee) for Single entry visa, he said that the rest of the amount will be paid at the time of visa decision/approval. I would like to know why would you charge my company for multiple entry visa fee when the Visa we got was for single entry? very unprofessional.”

We strive to provide our clients with the very best customer service and that clearly didn't happen in your case. In certain situations, our agents know that particular types of visas are unlikely to be approved, so they may recommend a single entry application, for example. However, this should have been discussed with you ahead of time and I apologize that it was not. “VisaHQ was very quick in processing documents and getting in contact with customers. I got my passport back (with visa) after one week, which was very impressive. The chat box was also fairly responsive. I suggest you have clearer information on how to apply and how the application gets reviewed after it's received by your office. But other than that, great service!”
