“VisaHQ is a SCAM!!! The company is unscrupulous and I am going to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner Office about the way in which my personal information has been fraudulently obtained online. VisaHQ attempted to charge me approximately £150. For a visa that actually costs €50!”

“All I had to do was provide them with my information and they did everything else. I was shocked on how little time and effort I needed to do for this. Was in and out of the office in 20 minutes when the queue looked like people would be there for hours.”

“The service is very good and they provide what they promise to you. I got my visa 5 days earlier than what I expected. They update the status of the process online very fast so you can check the status by yourself. And they also email the updates to you. Very convenient.”

“These guys have saved me time and money. I'm glad I found them and decided to give it a go. The Visa process can be stressful and expensive when you live far away from London. For my visa, it was required for me to go down to the embassy twice (so the cost would be a lot on transport alone, not to mention days off work etc). They have made everything easy and straightforward, they're also responsive and give you updates on your progress. Brilliant, thank you!”

“VisaHQ handled my visa for my upcoming China trip excellently. This company kept me informed every step of the way in the visa application process, and answered questions that I had promptly. I especially like that VisaHQ hand-delivers my visa application to the consulate, and similarly picks up it personally. It was processed and arrived back to me, contained within my passport, more promptly than expected. I am rue to be without my passport for any reason, but it was required here and handled expeditiously, so I was only without my passport for 10 days. I highly recommend this service for overseas travel needs. Thank you!!”

“It's a very reliable service for those looking to get a Visa. I would recommend to VisaHQ that when printing out the tracking labels, you should tell the customer that it's just the tracking number and not the completed passport and Visa. This tricked me because I thought it was done and I was very disappointed when I went to FedEx the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't in FedEx's tracking system.”
