STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!!!! They getting 1 start because there is no option for 0. I applied for a Brazilian Visa on January 11th because I was supposed to travel with my husband on February 27th, he paid VisaHQ $236 to handle the visa process. My papers where send to the embassy of New York, (where I live) and which is not processing visa by mail, instead of submitting the papers to the consulate in Washington DC which is providing visa by mail, BUT they should know this because that is the service they offer customer. they never told me that this happened and I needed to find out through the consulate of New York and the Washington DC, with who my husband and I got in contact after receiving no answer from the employees of VisaHQ. They told us that I need it to send priority mail (and I had to pay express because I need my documents which cost $56) to get my passport and documents back. We called multiple times to VisaHQ to get update regarding date approaching and never the “person in charge of the case” contacted me or my husband, which was what they told us over 6 times. We lost a lot of money in fees for cancelation of flights, hotel, covid test and mail because of this person irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. All I want is the money that my husband was charged to be refunded to him, because the service was not provided, but they see to have not intention of doing so.

Horrible service, non responsive to emails and direct calls. When you do talk to someone there from a call center in the Philippines and arent even working your case directly. DO NOT USE!!!

I applied for Visa since last week, up till now I haven't gotten the Visa and no one is replying me. When I haven't pay I was getting notifications and now I have paid no one is responding

They've had my birth certificate and letter of exemplification for 2 months. I got an email last week asking me for a missing document, the letter of exemplification. THEY LOST IT, which is why it was missing. Now they can't find it. No one is replying to me or giving me any updates. To get a new letter, I'll have to order a new birth certificate, which will take weeks. So after 2 months, I'm not any closer to getting my documents authenticated, in fact, I'm further away than ever. Their customer service is horrible and uninformed. WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's like a bad dream.

They told me that the visa process would take 4 to 5 days to complete. That was early August. I just got a email (two months later) that the documents have been authenticated and they will send them out. They failed to mention that it be long wait for the authentication due to the pandemic. It would have been faster and a lot cheaper if I had sent the documents on my own. So I would definitely not used them due to the wait time and cost. After Covid-19 and you are in a crunch for time then I would suggest using the agency. But I basically lost money and time due to VisaHQ.

Mr Rabekah, as discussed in the previous day over phone, I was asked my travelling to Tanzania being stopped because of the delay in receiving visa in time. And at the same time it was asked to return back my fee where your team failed to obtain visa for my travelling. Hence, get me back the fee what I was paid.

This is fake website I paid 1200 AED to obtain visa for Bahrain they took all the money in advance and now not responding at all. This is fake even you email or call or anything you do they don’t respond even there office address mentioned on the website is fake. I am going to report them to Dubai police 👮‍♂️ Take actions for your hard money it’s not for waste.

Paid over $200 for "rush" service to get a visa to Cambodia. After 2-3 weeks with no updates and multiple follow-ups on my side, VisaHQ said that Cambodia stopped issuing visas. Okay, good to know. Now I need my passport back! I'm leaving for Croatia in less than a week and have not heard about the status of retrieving my passport which I've already paid for FedEx to ship back to me, VisaHQ just has to get it back from the embassy. Really not a helpful service at all and more stressful than would've been to do on my own.

This is a scam! I paid £280 for them to tell me they could not process any requests. I have tried to contact them in every way possible for three weeks, every single day and no one responds to emails/calls or online chats. TOTAL SCAM!
