“Waking Herbs customer service is very helpful and attentive. They pay attention to fine details and include happy surprises (like a note or a free sample). That creates a wow factor. I have been purchasing rapeh from them for a couple years now. They have a huge selection and I have my favorites, but all of the rapeh I have purchased has been great. One purchase, about 18 month ago, had an issue but when I contacted customer service they were swift to make a solution that worked for everyone. Highly recommend- and do recommend to friends and clients.”
