I made a purchase worth a few hundred dollars and have not received my package yet. I made this purchase over a month ago and simply accept this website is not real.

I placed a $150 order 2 months ago and have not received it. I have emailed multiple times regarding my order with replies from 2 or 3 different people promising to look into the matter, but no one follows up on that promise.

I have tried a lot of different rapés over the years. I'm a huge fan of Nukini rapé. I ordered three different kinds from waking herbs and I've never had rapé like any of these. So uncharacteristic of Nukini. It's hard to imagine these came from the tribes. I do not like any of the rapé and am pretty bummed.

They will rip you off ! I never got first order and then they reshipment new package but i have to pay high shipping and then never got reship order. 2 order never got either one. I am out 70$ !!

Placed order online, reached out to cancel order because I ordered the wrong item and wanted to create a new order however package was shipped. Never received a confirmation number, reached out and was told they had to speak to someone and would let me know what the tracking info was. Never heard back. They took my money and I received nothing. Would not recommend placing an order with them after the experience I had.

We can see your request to cancel your order came after the order had been shipped, we are sorry about this but the team does work quickly getting orders shipped out once they have been paid for. I placed my order on 2/15/21 and it’s now 4/16/21. I never received my package and the tracking number they gave me for UPS doesn’t even work. One star.

Hi Thomas, Sorry you experienced issues with your tracking number. We have checked our e-mails with you and see we did respond to an e-mail of yours concerning your tracking #, which we did find and sent you a screen shot of the status. We did not, however, recive notification of your parcel not making it to you. If this is not notified to us by the customer we would never know. Do not purchase anything stored in the USA. In fact dont purchase from them at all. What they call "their best" is the worst I have ever experienced. No apology, no refund, no replacement sent... no response. Luckily I was auto sent a review... so now I can tell everyone... run... if you are not in the states you can purchase from gaiana.nl Still the best, but not an option for us americans as Gaiana has stopped shipping to the USA.. *cry*

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with Waking Herbs. The first time they charged me twice for my order. This time I ordered 4 kilos of bark and only received 1 kilo. Haven't heard back from them about what happened. Hopefully I don't lose my money.
