Hi, We checked your tracking information and the package is available for pickup since the 13th of January in your local post office.

“I've been using their affiliate program for a few months. I've accumulated a bit of revenue and wanted to setup some sort of Payout option. But in my affiliate dashboard there's no where to update the payment method. After contacting them directly first to the person in charge of the affiliates as well as via their contact form, I haven't heard back from them after over a week. The support toward the affiliates who are helping them drive sales leaves a lot to ask for.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Took my money then asked me to pay it again and said i have not payed them when i have. Emailed multiple times , ignored all my emails. Canceled my order and they have took my money”

“i didnt get an answer for a few days, after critizising the fact that in the end there is a big chunck of VAT being added, and its not really mentioning anywhere else in the shopping process (besides being hidden in the FAQ). well anyway after voicing that all of a sudden i didnt get any replies anymore until i manged to get hold of someone via phone...my order got sent out quite late, even though i paid instantly, and my bank account told me that it all went through a few days already before they finally sent my order..”

Hi Egg, We're sorry to hear that your package has taken so long to arrive. That is certainly much too long because normally packages to Ireland are delivered within 10 days. If a package does not arrive on time, it is better to contact us directly so that we can offer a solution and contact postal services.

“got a broken product delivered, took some mails to get a reship. The reship was claimed to be with tracking but never arrived, no tracking given to me. Waited for weeks, since the support claimed the sending could still arrive. Now it is more than 4 weeks and i have not jet got a refund or the payed for product. Will never order again, since problems are delayed for weeks instead of solved.”
