I have been a loyal customer for a number of years but recently the product (Kanna herb powder) isn’t the same quality than it was over a year ago. Change in suppliers Had led to them cutting corners as it’s not the sage grade as previous. Real shame

Charged my card and never gave the confirmation number, theylayer contacted me about it saying they had a mess up in they're system but that was after like 500 emails basically annoyed cuz the first purchase went well but the second was straight up thrash.

The product I bought had lost its potency and was useless. Waste of money. All help I received was "we'll bring it up in the meeting".

My previous order of vines etc from waking herbs was great. I recently got an email from them about a sampler of dream herbs that were on sale. The email made It sound like an easy to do kit, as a way to try some different dream herbs (all of which are legal pretty much everywhere). It sounded easy so I ordered them. What came was little packets of herbs with no instructions and as near as I could research, one herb that was sent required another not included herb to be effective. Never did bother to try any of them.

Inconsiderate and unreliable payment processing. Returning customer who has been mishandled last 3 orders. 2 times payments processed and transfered out of my wallet, and expecting products to be shipped, the paid orders went unnoticed til 7-8 days after payment confirmation i had to inform you all, of lack of shipping info and find out another order slipped thru cracks. And i expext certain delays as a business owner too, but a conplete failure of procedure, has severely hurt my business as i become unreliable and inconsistent due to your mistakes. No real effort to fix, compensate,or refund for the damage done to my reputation either tube Time. And i still gave another chance and last package i recieved was unacceptable, the worst quality i have ever seen, a seriously unsatisfied customer last 3 times.

it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my order, I'm sure there was a mistake somewhere and the package may have been misplaced. although another package has been sent out its still upsetting considering I paid for tracking info.

The first time that I ordered through waking herbs, I got my registered order in a few weeks and everything that I paid for was there. The second time that I ordered I did not pay for registered mail and I never received my package. I complained to them and they told me that I could place another order and they would replace the items that I he had never received so I did that, this time paying for the registered mail. The last day there is any movement on my package was like June 13th and it had made it into New York but was at a sorting facility? I silent and inquiry with my local post office because my package should have been addressed to me at my address but somehow is supposed to be delivered to Delaware. I would really like the products that I ordered to be sent to the address that I stated but I am apparently going to have to go through my bank to dispute the charges because above and beyond this being two lost packages, this last one wasn't even properly addressed to me.

Ordered the Kanna fermented powder and have been doing so for years but this last batch was awful. The Kanna had no effects, was very powdery, not gritty/salty and poor quality. I believe they have changed suppliers because this was absolute trash. Im usually a very satisfied customer. Real shame!

It's been almost 8 weeks and my package still says in delivery. On the waking herbs website/email it just says wait, it'll come, but it's been over 7 weeks. Last update the usps tracker has was june 13th and it just says it's going through the system. I understand this is postal service and not Waking Herbs but it has been disappointing

It's been 2 months and I still havent received my order.After looking at other reviews it is obvious they know there is a problem with shipping and the ethical thing to do would be to warn people ahead of time that they should use trackable shipping.For all I know they never even shipped it at all.
