“Fantastic service. The website is clear, direct and functional. Delivery was quick and very well packaged with nice additional gift. Direct communication is also great with a lot of knowledge behind the products. The products are sustainably sourced and the whole ethics of the company is fantastic.”

“The people at waking herbs are very nice and have great customer service. However the shredded bark was not what I thought it was, but then when I told them they sent out complimentary Brazil powdered bark as replacement and the product was definitely better then the first but still not as good as my original distribution place. The pros were shipping time... even though I had one package after that never show up and got sent back but then they sent out a complimentary replacement. Realistically if you want it the quickest buy it Saturday early or sunday late night so it's processed Monday and u will get by Friday. But buying in on Friday you will definitely get it the next Friday or no sooner then Thursday. Wish quality was a little brighter and higher yields. Thanks will continue to mess with company as necessary”
