“My experience was great! Matt did the estimate and did good, the only problem is that the estimate was short one piece of underlayment. (I had to piece small pieces together to complete the floor.) see pic. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Kelsey went above and beyond, even offering to pay the shipping on one more piece of underlayment.”

“Still not working. I sent an Email on 2/5/23 to Allyson Bottini. Ivy said that was my next option. I am waiting to hear back from Allyson. She is supposed to have a person qualified to look at why the floor will not heat.”

“Installed under a porcelain floor in a powder room that has 2 exterior walls. In the past the winters have been very cold. Now both the floor temperature and air temperature are very comfortable - floor at 84 and the air temperature is typically around 70-72 degrees. This is my second time using Warmup and I am a very satisfied customer.”
