“After speaking with a technician I learned that Thermostats have a shelf life (mine was 17 years old). I ordered a new Thermostat for my Warm Floors. It was received very quickly and after installation, my floors are warm again”

“Needed a replacement for the Pro control. The Command worked perfectly and plus it's easier to use than the older model. New control arrived is a couple of days.”

“I installed the floor mats, sensor, and thermostat and I am pleased with the result. I believe that the mats will perform as I expected. After I received my order, I made several calls to your technical support during my installation and they were very helpful by providing information and by answering my questions. It is very convenient to have the Watts Home app on my phone so that I can monitor the operation and performance of the mats.”
