“Tech Support person, Devin, was friendly and knowledgeable. After a few questions he told me which thermostat model I needed as a replacement for my 13 year old unit. He was also able to tell me the warranty period and life span for the new unit. A great experience for me, JV Connecticut”

“My old thermostat stopped working. After contacting tech support and exhausting options, I was told about Warm Your Floor. After speaking directly to a representative, a news thermostat was purchased, sent and delivered within 3 days. Easy to install. Perfect. I have a warm floor again. Thank you!”

“Our floor heat quit on us and we thought we may need to replace. The FAQ on the codes gave me the answer I was looking for and ordered a new thermostat. Easily installed the replacement and all is warm again.”

“the kit I received was not the kit I thought I had ordered. It did not include a loudmouth or any strapping, so I was delayed while I waited for additional shipments. also made the price considerably higher than expected, could have done better with another company.”
