“I had a broken heating mat that had multiple breaks and they had all the parts I needed to fix it, and had delivered them to me the next day, not only did it make me look like I knew what was going on, it really did make your company look good too, I also appreciate being able to set up an account and being able to reorder things, all around great”

“I replaced my old thermostat with the new model after the relay malfunctioned. The new WiFi feature is nice as I can control settings from my iOS device. I would however have appreciated integration with a software platform that is compatible with some type of home automation. I would love to be able to trigger the floor heating with a motion detector.”

“Bought 2 thermostats to replace one 16 years old and another about 10 years old (this still worked but thought I'd get another for the kitchen as well as the bathroom). Was easy to find the newer models my old ones had been upgraded to. Had an electrician install & everything is wonderful. So great to have warm floors again!!!!”

“I had a weird issue with one of the heating films. Its resistance was too high, but only when laid flat. Rolled up (as shipped) the resistance was OK. I called customer support, explained the issue, and was sent a replacement mat with no hassle at all.”
