“The watch is fine and arrived in good condition. However, the delivery time could be improved upon. It took 20 days for the watch to be delivered by FedEx Smartpost. The package was not shipped by USPS directly. The company website seems to indicate USPS is the shipping carrier. I would not have made the purchase had I known FedEx Smartpost is used. FedEx Smartpost is a slow method of shipping packages. The seller's communication is also poor. I sent emails to inquire about shipping status but I received no response.”

“I got a Thomas Earnshaw watch for $130. I love it! It's beautiful. Watches.com shipped it out pretty quick, but they use FedEx so it got stuck 30 minutes away from me for a week. That was a bit frustrating, but not too bad. I love the watch and got it for a really good price!”

“The watch is fine but it appears Fedex actually "walked" this package from Ohio to Colorado. Took two weeks from the date it was shipped (not the order date) to get to my house. It was a gift for my son and did not arrive in time for his birthday. If you are going to order from this company, then allow for a lengthy lead time.”
