“I still did not see my watch. I bought it earlier than a friend, we both sent it to the same place, she got it I did not. I sent a mail and they blamed COVID. I don’t believe it has to do with COVID if my friend got her watches. Anyway, can’t even rate the watch”

“Love the 3 watches I've purchased over the last while, only issue is the lack of tracking on ups due to them recycling numbers but not updating them. I emailed watches.com about it and they were absolutely lovely, Ashley was the name of the support staff I was put in touch with.”

“Very helpful but tracking did not work. I waited for a week and was told that the watch had been returned to their warehouse. A no hassle refund was issued. I don't think I will be using them again, not because they are not helpful but more because they seem to have issues shipping overseas.”
