“I love my new Waterbury Timex watch. It keeps great time, and I love the indiglo face for nighttime checking the time. It's sharp looking and the leather band is great looking too.”

“Received my delivery and was ecstatic. I have been extremely satisfied. The very best part is their customer care. I made a mistake on an order and forgot to enter the promo code and they were happy to refund me the difference even though the items had shipped. No hassles, no paperwork, no arguments, no getting tossed around from person to person. Just a quick email, and it was handled. You never see that anymore. More businesses could take a customer service lesson from this one because they will keep my business on that fact alone.”

“This was my 4th or 5th separate purchase / shipment from Watches.com. I'm very pleased to report they are still batting 1.000! (1.000 is a perfect batting average for you non-baseball folks - impossible to achieve in the game itself. Anything over .300 is considered very good!)”

“A timeless beauty. The watch is a wonderful sight on my wife's wrist. I bought it as a birthday/ vacation gift and it was a very wise thing to do. The pink/goldtone is splendid for beachware and restaurants as well. It seems to go with most things in her wardrobe. Last but not least, it keeps perfect time!”
