“I really like Waterdrop. Beautiful product, great idea AND the drinks are delicious. My daughter loves her focus waterbottle and it’s a great way to get her to drink more water and for us to try to choose more sustainable options. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that there is still a small amount of single use plastic in the packaging of every drink and we are trying to go single use plastic free. I doubt very much that many of the tiny plastic capsules are recycled, if any, and I imagine they will end up incinerated or as microplastics in the environment. Such a shame.
So, come on Waterdrop. You have a fantastic product, beautifully packaged except for the plastic. Why not research using packaging made from plant starch instead, all biodegradable and home compostable? Other companies are doing it.”

“They definitely have helped me drink more water as I don't like to drink water. Some of the flavours are delicious. I just bought a new one that I didn't like but I have managed to adapt the flavour by adding a different flavour (it was the tea, I added ginger extract). My only issue is how long it takes to get here. I realise products come from Germany and customs can be awkward (now) but I wish they had a UK distributor.”
“I love waterdrop since I started using it I am drinking lots of more water I always have one of my bottles with me and love to try the different flavours the only thing is that is a bit pricey but totally worth it.”
“A nice range of drinks, but possibly could do with a bit more variety. There's likely at least one flavour that would suit everyone. Shipping is a bit costly, and the tracking doesn't work past dispatch (in my experience), but products are well-packed, and arrive consistently in about a week.
Possibly a bit spammy in email contacts, but certainly not the worst offender there.
All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.”
“The product is great. Really enjoy it and it does get me to drink more water. I got the 1L stainless steel drinking bottle too which is great because it is so much larger than typical 500/600ml drinking bottles.
I will say it takes a long time to deliver. in terms of ordering more product it takes well over a week to arrive so I have had to adjust accordingly. A faster delivery service would be great.”
“Love love love the drinks (not so keen on the blackberry and elderberry). Would give 5 stars but the delivery when you buy online is erratic - I have had to wait too long twice now as there have been hold ups at the Germany/Austria depot.”
“Love it!! I’ve definitely upped the amount of water I’m drinking. My only problem with it is the price of the little cubes. They only seem to come in packs of four and cost around £6 - at present I’m probably drinking four a day so is going to become expensive soon.”
“If I had read the reviews before buying, I would not have have bought this product. However, I am glad that I did as I find them delicious. The flavour is not strong, sickly and overwhelming but delicate and refreshing.
It did take longer than normal to arrive but that’s the same for most deliveries nowadays.
I have just ordered 3 more packs to share with friends - no or very little sugar so perfect for those with diabetes.”

“Great Concept/ idea to encourage people to drink more water and I love the community aspect of it (via Facebook...etc) that brings people together to help each other with ideas and share their experiences with waterdrop products and flavours. Shipping to the UK was slower than expected but the Customer Service was very kind and helpful.
I found some of the flavours I didn't really like too much but after posting on the FB group some people suggested some combinations of flavours that made them more acceptable for me.
The bottles are beautiful and I use mine every day.”
