“I think waterdrop is a great idea. The branding, design and quality is excellent. Personally I don't really like the drops that much, weak and remind me or lemsip, and l am happy to drink plain water, but the accessories are super!”

“Love the glass bottle and the drops taste great. Very supportive F/B page. I would say the price needs to be looked at as in when you purchase multiple items I think as a customer we need to be offered a discount. Otherwise a great product.”

“I've been really pleased with my purchases from Waterdrop. I wanted to increase my fluid intake and can't - no matter how hard I try - seem to get motivated to drink large quantities of water and have been looking for an alternative. Waterdrop has filled that gap for me. I haven't liked all the flavours but do like the enough of them to give me options, the bottle is very useful and having that to hand has definitely encouraged me to drink more throughout the day. I have knocked one star off because the wrong item was delivered with my first order and their customer service seemed to have been struggling to keep up with things at this difficult time. It was resolved after a while.”

“Love the ideas and the product. All really innovative and refreshing! Just having a little trouble with deliveries - despite downloading their app and stating that parcels should be left in enclosed front porch, Parcelforce return deliveries to the Post Office if you do not answer the door. This means a 24 hour wait and a special trip to pick up the order each time, trying to think how to resolve this issue.”

“It’s great, i love the design of the bottle is very pretty and high quality. The water drops were a gift and my friend find this particular flavour a bit odd but he liked other flavours.”

“Great bottles and I love the look and feel of the lids. Really practical sleeves on them and beautiful designs. The waterdrops are helping me to keep up my vitamins and minerals with filtered water which has stripped out all the good as well as the bad from the pipes at home. You do need to try them all and find your favourites - I love Shiro , Youth and Glow so far but still more to try. For the teas they are incredible - the mellow mint and white blossom are my staples now. Unfortunately my tea put cracked when I put hot water in it :(,but I get great joy from my caraffe an glasses.”

“I didn't expect to like these but out of the starter pack there was only one that I didn't like. The packaging is beautiful, including the packaging sleeve that the water bottle came in. Not sure what to do with it now but it's too pretty to throw. My only complaint is that the packet that the water drop comes in, I often struggle to open especially as my hands are quite bad. It's frustrating that I can stand there for ages sometimes trying to pick at the little flap to open them. Especially as I use two per drink because 1 just isn't enough flavour. That leads me on to a second complaint /wish, and that is for you to do a double strength tablet so I don't have to struggle to open two each time.”
