“had to reduce by 1 star due to the very extended delivery times, of 16 days, due to the choice of Waterdrops delivery firm not being a good choice, bearing in mins for me, that during these 17 days, i oredered from another company also imported to UK, and they only needed 6 days.
but the products are first class, so if only Waterdrop can sort out this 1 problem they would be a great company to deal with. the new Sky is their best yet, with a lovely fruit afterflavour, will certainly be ordering more in the next day or so, and hopefully will get it before end of the month”
“I think waterdrop is a great idea. The branding, design and quality is excellent. Personally I don't really like the drops that much, weak and remind me or lemsip, and l am happy to drink plain water, but the accessories are super!”

“I've been really pleased with my purchases from Waterdrop. I wanted to increase my fluid intake and can't - no matter how hard I try - seem to get motivated to drink large quantities of water and have been looking for an alternative. Waterdrop has filled that gap for me. I haven't liked all the flavours but do like the enough of them to give me options, the bottle is very useful and having that to hand has definitely encouraged me to drink more throughout the day.
I have knocked one star off because the wrong item was delivered with my first order and their customer service seemed to have been struggling to keep up with things at this difficult time. It was resolved after a while.”

Just having a little trouble with deliveries - despite downloading their app and stating that parcels should be left in enclosed front porch, Parcelforce return deliveries to the Post Office if you do not answer the door. This means a 24 hour wait and a special trip to pick up the order each time, trying to think how to resolve this issue.”
