“The packaging was surprisingly robust and environmentally friendly - despite damage to the box in transit, there wasn’t a mark on anything inside!”

“My order arrived promptly. I love the smaller size orchids glass bottle it’s so pretty. Even the tube it came in is nice Not quite so keen on the vibe waterdrop. It has a lovely minty smell however I’m not so keen on the after taste.I’ll drink it up however I’m loving the clean flavour and I’ll definitely get that one again.”

“The aesthetic of waterdrop, is by far their strongest allure. The bottles, packaging of the drops, and all the extras they offer on their website are of fantastic quality. It can be expensive, but its definitely worth the price. As for the main attraction, the drops. Some of them are horrible, others are acceptable, and a few are fantastic. It's down to personal taste, although I will say if you're not into a bitter flavour.. you probably won't like much of them, since they're devoid of any sweetness. Will definitely buy the bottles though.”

“I absolutely love the designs on the bottles and the waterdrops micro drinks are delicious, my favourite flavours at the moment is defence and relax, I can’t wait to try more💧❤️”

“Almost all drinks were tasty. My favourite are boost and relaxed. They are not too sweet, however youth is far too sweet and left me with a sickly after taste.”

“Does make me drink more water and feel less guilty than drinking cordials. Also, no heartburn which I tend to get with cordial and plain water. Good selection of flavours. Did taste a bit strange at first but easily got used to the taste”

“I’ve never been one for drinking water and I have tried many times over the years. That was until I come across waterdrops. These are so refreshing and full of flavour. Focus has to be one of my favourite it is full of lime goodness and keeps me coming back for more. Relax tastes like walking though a field of summers day, youth is fruity goodness I can just feel my body feeling so good after drinking these. Can’t recommend enough!”

“I love the Waterdrop accessories, especially the bamboo bowl, which fits over 144 drops in it, the tote bags and both the glass and steel bottles, but Waterdrop themselves do seem to have a few issues. Postage to the UK for my last two orders took over a month and they often have website glitches. Postage itself is expensive, unless there is an offer on. Previously they used to have offers with free postage however little you spent, but now there is a £10 minimum spend during offer time to get free postage. Of the Microdrinks themselves, there are only one that I really like, Youth.”

“I really like Waterdrop. Beautiful product, great idea AND the drinks are delicious. My daughter loves her focus waterbottle and it’s a great way to get her to drink more water and for us to try to choose more sustainable options. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that there is still a small amount of single use plastic in the packaging of every drink and we are trying to go single use plastic free. I doubt very much that many of the tiny plastic capsules are recycled, if any, and I imagine they will end up incinerated or as microplastics in the environment. Such a shame. So, come on Waterdrop. You have a fantastic product, beautifully packaged except for the plastic. Why not research using packaging made from plant starch instead, all biodegradable and home compostable? Other companies are doing it.”

“They definitely have helped me drink more water as I don't like to drink water. Some of the flavours are delicious. I just bought a new one that I didn't like but I have managed to adapt the flavour by adding a different flavour (it was the tea, I added ginger extract). My only issue is how long it takes to get here. I realise products come from Germany and customs can be awkward (now) but I wish they had a UK distributor.”

“I love waterdrop since I started using it I am drinking lots of more water I always have one of my bottles with me and love to try the different flavours the only thing is that is a bit pricey but totally worth it.”

“A nice range of drinks, but possibly could do with a bit more variety. There's likely at least one flavour that would suit everyone. Shipping is a bit costly, and the tracking doesn't work past dispatch (in my experience), but products are well-packed, and arrive consistently in about a week. Possibly a bit spammy in email contacts, but certainly not the worst offender there. All in all, a pleasant shopping experience.”

“The product is great. Really enjoy it and it does get me to drink more water. I got the 1L stainless steel drinking bottle too which is great because it is so much larger than typical 500/600ml drinking bottles. I will say it takes a long time to deliver. in terms of ordering more product it takes well over a week to arrive so I have had to adjust accordingly. A faster delivery service would be great.”
