Ordered 2 large draw sets for my bedroom each set was over £500 each when the order arrived the 2 tops that came we’re both damaged and we also noticed how poor quality they were and certainly not worth the price. Wayfair advised they would send replacement tops and the next 2 arrived damaged again. We have received a discount but I still don’t think it’s worthy ...they are still selling this item @ £500 each which i find shocking as it’s really poor quality and no way worth the price it doesn’t even have slow closing drawers... replacement order arrived today and again we have received this damaged....

I ordered with Wayfair for the first time almost 2 weeks ago. Their order information did not allow for a space to say if this was a gift so I could leave a note and be assured that the receipt is not included. Also it said estimated delivery 3 days ago but just called and learned it hasn't even shipped yet! This is ridiculous! I will never order from you again.

Ordered two shelves after saying they would be delivered in 2-3 days, then they changed the date for another 6 weeks! I cancelled the first shelf when I found this out. Then I phoned up before ordering to check would this other shelf be delivered in 2-3 days AS ADVERTISED, the guy said yes it’s in the Warehouse ready to go, a day later the date got changed for another 6 weeks! Even phoned up when I saw this and another man assured me it would be delivered within 2-3 days and it was a mistake. So waited, then phoned up again and lady then said yes it won’t be delivered for another 6 weeks. They should not be lying to people Telling them they can deliver within 3 days when it is complete rubbish. First refund took 10days to come through. Terrible service. Would not recommend. As an apology I was sent 10% of one item!! Woopee! I wouldn’t give them 1 star. Avoid!!

If I could give no star ratings I would. Absolute appalling company. I ordered a pair of string chairs. Rang emailed everyday for an update as XDP said that they had attempted delivery and carded it. I know they haven’t attempted to deliver as I was in!! I even left a note on my front door. Ordered from Argos chose the date and time arriving Sunday 😡

I will never againpurchase anything from Wayfair and I will let everyone I know to never use Wayfair they didn't ship my item and then I cancel the order and then they charge me for cancellation

Had problem with product being reduced by 33% before I received item.Contacted customer service which was a total waste of time.Hopefully problems with this firm are few,but if you encounter one you will get very little help

We ordered a swing chair Oct 2019 and played for it, six months later still not received the chair we ordered received a email stating we are sorry that we have cancelled your order and we will refund your money we didn't want a refund we wanted the chair may 2020, we will never buy anything from wayfair ever again Customer service is rubbish

Took delivery of a garden furniture set. Packaging was in appalling condition, wet battered and dirty, but we had waited so long for our order, that we agreed to take delivery. I witnessed the delivery guys dropping some of the boxes off the back of the van directly onto the concrete floor , so as a first impression of this outfit, I was far from impressed. After opening the boxes to inspect the items, I found that the lava stone table top is missing from the set - both boxes have been delivered for the table and the package clearly states 2 boxes make a complete item! We have contacted wayfair on 3 occasions to chase up our missing item; each time we are given a different update on the situation. Wayfair have told us that the missing item is with two different couriers, but could be damaged somewhere; Wayfair say they can’t communicate directly with the courier to locate the item, they have to send emails and wait for a reply. One call advisor said that we can unpack the items and use them , and we will still be able to return the set if the missing item is lost or damaged; another advisor told us that we must keep the items packaged as they will only accept a return in original packaging. So, the manufacturer clearly states that 2 boxes make a complete item, but Wayfair state that the missing item is coming in box 3? So I’m left with £3000 worth of garden furniture boxed in soaking wet packaging left on my patio that I’m unable to use, with no given timeframe when my elusive item will arrive. I wished I had read the reviews of this company before making such a costly mistake! As a minimum requirement, customers should, at the very least, be entitled to know where their items are located and given some indication of a delivery timeframe, but Wayfair don’t seem to be able to communicate with their 3rd party suppliers efficiently! If you are looking for some solid advice on weather or not to place an order with Wayfair, My advise in one word....DONT!

Ordered a ping pong table. Watched the order “preparing to ship” for over two weeks only to have them spontaneously cancel the order with no heads-up or attempt to figure something out. Was told the manufacturer closed down their warehouse. Found another site who got the table from the same manufacturer to my house within two weeks without a hitch. This was my first and last order with Wayfair. (But you’re ping pong table from Megaspin.net)

They do not allow you to review items that you have received a refund for. How is this acceptable? I received a ready-assembled desk that was completely damaged, but now I have no way of altering other customers. It’s still there on their website, boasting 4 1/2 stars.

Ordered an armchair and sofa on the 10th April, delivery scheduled for 28th April and 1st May respectively. After having no communication from Wayfair and staying in all morning, I called for an update. Now I am told that the armchair will be delivered on the 5th and sofa on 12th May. Little or no confidence in these dates.

I really wish that I could write something positive, but if I hear 'thanks for calling wayfair' or 'have a nice day' or 'i'm so sorry to hear that' one more time, I might just pull my eyelashes out one by one! I ordered 2 very simple chest of drawers for my son, in December, due to arrive the first week of January. They arrived separately from 2 different couriers, which was the first issue. One arrived in full, I built it, it's fine. Second one arrived in one big box, it said 1 of 1 on the box. I started to build it, to find it had no drawers, no runners absolutely nothing that would go inside the framework. After a hasty chase, they said there was a second box that had gone missing. Parts were ordered and due 2 weeks later. I waited. Box arrives 2 weeks later, with all of the drawers, barr one. I call again. They schedule a further box to deliver another 2 week wait. Nothing arrives. I call again. I'm then told that they'll order me an entire new unit so that I'll get all of the parts and can send back those that I do not require. I only need one drawer! Box arrives - 1 of 1. Again missing all of the inside parts. Honestly, i'm in the middle of a carry on film now. Call again. Liza, very nice tries to help me for about the 7th call now. Finds that the courier had returned the 2nd box to the depot. So, i'm now month 5 with ONE MISSING DRAWER. It has been arranged to deliver just the few parts that are missing and i'm still waiting. They cannot blame Coronavirus for this it has been missing since January and no one seems to give a damn right now except to tell me how sorry they are. I DON'T CARE HOW SORRY YOU ARE - GET ME MY ONE DRAWER!!!!!!!!!! If I hadn't of built the first unit, the rest would be bonfire right now.

Disgusted with my buys from your company I know u basically buy from other outlets but 3 out of 6 products i have bought from Wayfair are below standard tv stand got refund on that ?? Best of tables low quality and tub chairs with foot stool so bad Lorraine why are u advertising this

Hi , I'm not happy . The portable small washing machine I ordered is nothing like the photo online . I have received a much smaller bucket size machine . Complained , got a reply and it's as if I'm the liar , they want to see a picture of it which is fine . Telling me that on the website it said the dimensions lol 😂 yes it did . If the proper one . This is a BUCKET .

Hello, I m writing this review after still not receiving a refund from this company even if its been 2 months since the items are back in their deposit.They sent me a partial refund only worth £19 from the all order that I returned. I ve been calling and calling and customer service said always the same thing, the funds will be available in 3-5 days and that never happened. The items are Devale curtans(2pieces) and Devale cover set worth £70. This is becoming ridiculous annoying and would never purchase from this “Wayfair “again! I ll keep calling and wasting my energy and time with this sh..tty company in the hope that they will give me back MY money. Thanks. Mihaela Popescu

bought a bed and only the sideframes were delivered, didn't get the headboard and footboard delivered at the same time. had to call customer service to find out where the rest of the bed was. why do i have to go through this? you should let me know the bed is going t be delivered in parts upfront?

Utter disappointment regarding the service provided by Wayfair. I ordered a Montserrat 10 seater garden dining set on 10/4/20 and was given a delivery date of 23/4/20. My money was taken in full from my account on 14/4/20 so of course delivery would be imminent. This morning -scheduled delivery date- I look for further info only to find that through ‘my account’ it is delayed till potentially 4/6/20. I am disgusted firstly that a more obvious route of communication was not used to inform of such a huge delay and secondly that you would take my payment in full with no intention of delivering the item. At no point should a consumer’s money be taken without despatch of goods. Appalling!!

Ordered bed frame. 1 0f 2 box arrives on time. Great!!!! Ring about 2nd box, will be delivered next day. Next day ring again. Box 2 never left warehouse but will get back to me with delivery date. Told that evening by email that their specialist team will investigate with DHL (which was confirmed that DHL never got given the box) will take maximum 4 days and then specialist team will contact me re refund or delivery if part. Very nice people on phone (clearly trained very well) but can lie very well. RATHER BE TRUTHFUL WAYFAIR YOU WILL GET MORE RESPECT just to mention guy from DHL was excellent

After waiting 3 months for our furniture to arrive “ that was in stock “ it arrives a day late to the arrival time. With only 1 box out of 5. After watching the delivery driver drag it across the ground up to my front door. I open the box to find the pieces of the bottom of the box damaged. And scuffs on other pieces from loading it into the box. The paint work on some of the pieces also look like they where done by my 2 year old son. Very disappointed.
