I placed an order for 2 items (sideboard and a business desk) at the same time. Both were in stock and had a delivery date commitment of up to 10 business days. The sideboard arrived 2 weeks later and broken into pieces Within 2 days of the first delivery I received an email that the desk was out of stock and would be delayed for an additional month. Upon arrival, 7 weeks later after the email, the package did not contain any instructions or hardware to assemble the product. I just spoke with customer service and was told the instruction manual and hardware pack would arrive in another 10 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMME SND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Odds are good Wayfair will get it wrong, untimely or broken. Good luck staying in business long term!!!

Their returns system is appalling. You don’t get back the full amount paid for the item. They deduct outward shipping costs (high), any discount given, the taxes and also charge you for returning the item. This meant that my £15 bedding set which I returned as the colour was not as described, was given a refund value of £0 !! Yes, £0. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered on 9th Feb. Tracking system told me it would arrive on 17th Feb. Took a while to find it but discovered their phone number. Told it would arrive on Feb 24th. Still waiting. I will never buy from them again

Orderd a plant stand on the 14 feb 2020 for delivery on the 18/19 Feb 2020 . No delivery came . Noticed the email changed to the 25 Feb 2020 cancelled the order as it stated on website in stock and the delivery date of 18/19 was given. Surprise I get an email stating it has been posted and tracking number given . Checked tracking no, it was in Germany depot I thought it was coming from the UK. So after 3 days in German depots I was given a delivery date for the 24 Feb 2020 using DPD . It arrived ok and on opening the box it was the worst bit of tat ever and had to be made up in five pieces . I was expecting something better for the £46 I paid . There is no quality about it at all there is not more than £2 worth of metal and glass feel like I have been well and truly ripped off . I would not recommend this company for anything else if this is the standard that they produce and there delivery is shocking . I am well pleased I did not order anything that cost anymore than I paid for this bit of tat . I should have read the reviews before ordering never again ,

Only 4 out of 5 parcels delivered can only speak to customer service adviser or email specialist del8very team 5 days later and still no date of parcel to be delivered management suppose to ring and do not return call problem still unresolved

Oh how i wish i had read these reviews before ordering a shed . Took time off work to receive this item 3 days of hell waiting for delivery being given 2 hourly delivery slots then told lorry broken down then told it had been delivered. and not arriving .numerous phone call it arrived at 17.15 on. The 3rd day being Friday.1 man crew to unload a 6x12 ft shed panels.all the driver did was stand in the back of the van and hand parts to my son to take from him.no tail gate.only to discover that they have sent the wrong shed. Now waiting for them to come and collect it no longer want this item.and i will never order from this firm again. I feel very sorry for the call centre people who have obviously been trained to stay calm and lie to the customers.

They seem to tell you your refund is xyz then they actually only refund part of your money.

Appalling customer service. Ordered bedside table which came with incorrect number of screws. Asked for replacement number (2) and was told initially I’d have to wait for 2 months for delivery! This was followed by e mail saying they were out of stock. The service line representative was unable to give me any contact numbers to take matters further, seemed unable to contact a manager himself, unbelievable experience . Eventually agreed to send replacement cabinet, supposedly in less than a week - all for the sake of 2 missing screws . Don’t touch them with a barge pole

Ordered a mirror the week before Christmas. I decided it was unsuitable so returned it on Jan 11th. Despite several excuses of a blip in the system, assurances from customer services that the problem would be sorted out and payment made within 3 to 5 working days, etc, etc, it has taken 4 lengthy phone calls and a wait of 5 weeks (18th Feb) before my refund was made. Shocking service!

Terrible experience! Ordered a filing cabinet but kept on sending just a shelf 2x. Waited for almost 3 months for an item that never arrived! Poor customer service and delivery! No resolution. Never again

Ordered for the first time , never again .Wardrobe came damaged .Then only part of the bed arrived was told I would have to wait for a specialist delivery team would contact me so was fuming ! No direct number .So No bed !!! All they keep saying is "I completely understand " No you don't !

I ordered two art prints from yourselves, but they both fall into a claim for misinterpretation and illegal trades description. One print was supposed to be 400mm x 400mm, but arrived 300x 300 with a 50 millimetre (unprinted) white border, the other supposed to be 500mm x 400mm, but actually was 400x300 but with the 50mm white border. There is no reference in the description of a white border, just the overall size. If I order a print, I expect the whole area to be ‘printed’ and not be fobbed off with a white border/mount. I am deeply disappointed. This was my first order with Wayfair, and will mot be purchasing anything else because I have no trust whatsoever in the brand. Be honest in your descriptions. I will be seeking legal advice.

I have been trying to return an order for over 4 weeks, l've called and arranged a collection date three times, spent my time waiting for UPS to collect the items, no one turns up - nothing, its a disgrace. Clearly it's all a joke to the company. I will have to suffer the loss, over £130+ but l will bever ever buy from this company again. Buyer's beware of wayfair, do not buy from this company

Worst company I have ever bought from. Ordered nearly all my house furniture from here and it's been a horrible experience. All items were meant to be delivered over two days. I booked time off work to be home to receive the items as well as specifically picking the items because of there delivery dates. Three items came on time but one was damaged. The rest of my nine items still haven't arrived and it's now been nearly two weeks from the date they weren't meant to be delivered. Been on the phone to them nearly everyday and I get the same answer everytime. "I can see from our systems that your items have been scanned on the van and so will be with you by 6pm today." I'm still waiting for this to come true. Then one of my items has mysteriously disappeared over the last two weeks of waiting for it to arrive, to then be sent an email saying I've been refunded but I'm now not getting my item. I had given them no instructions to cancel the order and refund me as I still need that item. This is the first time I have ever ordered through this company and it will definitely be the last.

Bad customer service I have never dealt with more inexperienced customer service team who give different information regarding the same request only to be told at the end that also there is no supervisor on site to address the issue in the right manner. I then decided to write a complaint about how I was given wrong information over the phone only to receive a reply that does not address any of the things I pointed out in my first email, but simply saying that “the team is not expected to drop everything and deal with me” - the customer !

Shocking !!! Totally inept. Wasted hours of my life on the phone - All they say is we will “reach out to you “ When you call them. I’d expect them to go bust sometime very soon - beware!!!!

Poor customer service. Half bed arrived late, still waiting for other half! And a response from Wayfair ! Is your policy to wait until the customer contacts you to inform them items won’t arrive on time, are delayed, are lost in transit, remind customer advisor they were going to call back? Dreadful experience.
