“The driver picked us up at requested time and took us very speedily to the Airport.The journey took no longer than 20 Minutes. There was no conversation.”

“I booked a drop off at Hearklion Airport , pick up being 650am on Sunday 22/9/19. I paid, got a confirmation email and they cancelled it at 632am because they couldn't get a driver. They didn't bother to ring just an email at 632am. I was very lucky to not miss my flight, the local bus was thankfully reliable, got to the airport with 15 min to spare. I'm lucky these guys aren't surgeons, I would be dead by now. Very bad experience, get a taxi organised via the hotel, this company is another Greek tragedy, sorry to say. But I must give credit to Ktel buses, they run on time and are reliable.”

“Great, friendly professional, clean car service. The drivers we had both ways in Seville spoke good English and were very professional. On the way from the airport to the hotel we were given bottles of cold water, and the driver pointed out places of interest along the way. As we had his number from the pick up email, he even said he was happy for us to message him throughout our stay if we had any questions. I'd definitely use them again!”

“Exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent communication and information provided by Welcome Pickups (Lisbon), including the driver's name and photograph and the type of vehicle. Regular anxiety-reducing updates and most importantly a "bang-on time" pick up in a clean, mechanically sound vehicle. Our driver, Domingos, expertly negotiated an unexpected motorway closure because of an accident.”

“So much easier than trying to navigate public transportation! Nelson was amazing. He was waiting for us when we arrived and Helped us with our bags. The car was clean and comfortable and he told us a bit about the city and where to go and what to avoid. One we arrived at our Airbnb he stayed long enough to ensure we were able to get in. All in all a great choice. Will definitely book again!”

“Booked airport transfer to pick us up from Paris CDG. Received an email from Welcome Pickups at 2am (we were due to fly at 6am) saying they have had to cancel our booking as taxis weren't allowed to access the airport that day. I looked online - Taxis most definitely were allowed access that day. When we landed, arrivals was full of Transfer companies and taxis were parked outside. They have taken payment and not yet refunded it as far as I can see. Also have 'closed our ticket' as far as complaining to them directly goes. Very very poor service and communication.”

“Goed geregeld, keurig op tijd aanwezig. Je krijgt te zien wie jou taxi chauffeur wordt per mail. Een sms bericht als taxi gearriveerd is. Kortom geweldige service voor een goede prijs. Niet over na denken en gewoon een taxi boeken bij WELCOME PICKUPS.”

“BEWARE !!!!! Booked a return transfer from our apartment to the airport in Nice and Welcome Pickups cancelled shortly before pickup time advising us to organise our own transport. This caused us a lot of stress, worry and increased costs. Finally our host helped us as being in the Old City in Nice taxis are not allowed into the area. We couldn't get any taxis and finally our Airbnb host stepped in to help us. Very disappointing and would never recommend this company to anyone. BEWARE !!!!”

“Expensive and the driver did not arrive at the airport. (Late cancellation by the driver). The price is almost 50% more expensive than a taxi.”
